HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT:: Some creep makes your work life a living hell with lewd behavior, unwanted advances and so on.

QUID PRO QUO: Sounds like "If you do things for me, I'll get you a promotion." Or perhaps: "If you want to keep your job, you'll do things for me."

One of the difficulties in responding to sexual harassment is not knowing how to define it, not knowing how exactly to describe what happened.
